What counts as a confirmed option?

A survey firm must confirm the requested service and stated timing appear workable, provide a fee within any maximum budget you list, give a turnaround in business days, and name the contact who can take it forward.

What is separate?

The firm's survey fee, proposal, contract, deposit, fieldwork, and deliverables. Survey Desk does not perform or supervise surveying work.

What the promise does and does not cover.

Which searches fit?

One identified U.S. property, a defined land surveying service, and a requester authorized to seek proposals for the owner, buyer, lender, employer, or client.

What does two business days mean?

The exact deadline appears after authorization. Saturdays and Sundays do not count. If no firm confirms by that timestamp, we cancel the authorization automatically.

Is the returned price final?

It is the firm's stated response to the information you supplied. The firm may need to verify documents, access, and scope before issuing its binding proposal.

Do you choose the firm for me?

No. We research and present confirmed options. You decide whether to request an introduction and whether to hire any firm.
